Diet During Pregnancy : Helps You To Have A Healthy Baby










Hello, Everyone today my content is about diet during pregnancy , i am going  to discus that what a women should eat during pregnancy to get a fair and healthy baby.Its every women's desire to have a fair and healthy baby that's why womens are become more conscious about his diet during pregnancy. Many of womens are still confused that what to eat or what to drink during pregnancy i hope this content will help them.

As we know vomiting during pregnancy is very common case in pregnancy because a women become more sensitive during pregnancy. Every women should must know that vomiting during pregnancy can be due to the dust , smoke,perfume , traffic pollution , fragrance of perfume and due to the taste of some different foods and drinks.Womens should be safe from these all things but according to research 50 - 90% womens vomits during pregnancy due to increasing of  hormones ( HCG human chorionic gonadotropin) in women's body.This happens to the womens mostly early in the morning but not to worry about it because as i told and as everybody knows its common case in pregnancy.Doctors and Diet experts has given some suggestions about diet which are explained below.



Diet During Pregnancy : 

  •  According to research Doctors are suggested that pregnant women should eat some biscuits before getting up from the bad because vomits happens mostly during the early morning.This happens due to empty stomach so womens should keep their stomach busy this will help them to be safe from vomiting.

    •  Juices and milk are favorable for pregnant women and its must for her to have juices and milk after some break it will be healthy for her and for her baby also .
    • Do not eat anything to much at a time because our stomach will overloaded and it will be cause of vomiting for pregnant women however she should take food after some time interval.
    • Do not take any dry food and juices or milk at a time there must be a gape of minimum 3o minuts.
    • Womens should avoid those types of food which have  much amount of saturated fat.
    • Do not use any vitamins greater than limits it will be harmful for you.
    • Every women has question in her mind that what to eat during pregnancy ?. Research  has proved that there are no limitations for the healthy womens they can eat anything which they want but if a pregnant women suffering from high blood pressure and diabetes problem then she should must concert to doctor in this regards.
